- This is our 3rd time using Polar Bear Auto Care, and I can say they are honest and explain things thoroughly. If you have questions they have answers. We had our A/c fixed last visit. This time we had them check an oil leak, tune-up and oil change. Fast service and dependable. When we got our truck back we noticed a nice small touch. The small plastic slider buttons had been broke for some time on our heat and ac cluster. And we had just been sliding the little metal pieces. They replaced them for us and said not a word.
